What does the Hangup Cause "Lose Race" mean?

This Hangup Cause is used to indicate that the called Extension lost the race to answer an Incoming call.
This Hangup Cause is generated by the PBX when an Inbound call is presented to multiple Extensions at the same time; such as a call being presented to a Ring group with Strategy set to "Simultaneous".
The call would have still reached an Extension on the PBX. This does not mean the call was not connected.
