What does the Hangup Cause "Normal Temporary Failure" mean?

This Hangup Cause indicates that the network you are connected to (your office or home network) is not functioning correctly.
If you are not noticing any other problems with your internal network, and your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has not notified you of any outages, the condition is not likely to last a long period of time and you may wish to try another call attempt almost immediately.
This is not a problem with the PBX.
