This Hangup Cause indicates that a procedure has been initiated by the expiration of a timer in association with error handling procedures.

This is often associated with NAT (Network Address Translation) problems across the user's business or home network.

Ensure that "NAT Mapping Enable" is turned on in your network routers/switches.

The PBX Switch also returns this when the remote party sends a 408 for call expired; indicating that the PBX did not receive a complete request from the remote party side with the allotted timeout period.
