This fax log Result indicates an unexpected message was received when the fax service asked for the remote fax machine's fax capabilities.

This could be due to any number of reasons; most common reason is the fax server could not reach the recipient end and therefore could not send the fax.

Try sending the fax again at a different time. Or contact the recipient to inquire if their fax service is working.

This is not a problem with the PBX.
