Frequently Asked Question

Dial your Direct Number or any other phone number which connects to your PBX and enter your Extension. Once connected, and you begin to hear your voicemail greeting, press the star key once. You will then been prompted to enter your Voicemail Password.

This will provide you access to your Voicemail from outside the office.

Pressing the star key interrupts your personal greeting, and prompts you for both your Extension and your Password.
