The following buttons will be referenced in this article: Speakerphone, Headset

All incoming calls display in an Incoming Call window, as shown next.

To answer the call, do one of the following:

1. To use the handset, pick up the handset
2. To use the speakerphone, press the Speakerphone button or press Answer
3. To use your headset, press the Headset button

NB. If you’re already in handset, speakerphone, or headset mode, simply press Answer, and the phone will automatically use the mode you are presently in.

If you don’t answer the call within 10 seconds, the Incoming Call window disappears, and Calls view displays, as shown next.

To answer the call, pick up the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press the Headset button. Or, from Calls view, press Answer to use the speakerphone.
